Ink Echoes
This abstract ink print on paper balances spontaneity with restraint, layering splashes, soft washes, and grainy textures into a compelling monochrome composition. My work emerges from an exploration of the meeting point between control and chance. I begin with spontaneous, unplanned ink stains, allowing the material itself to form layers, textures, and unexpected shapes. Only afterward do I respond to these marks through delicate, continuous line drawings, introducing images, figures, and objects charged with meaning into the surrounding chaos. The process becomes an ongoing dialogue between intuition and observation, between material and line. Through this visual language, I explore emotion, memory, identity, and human relationships while leaving space for the viewer’s personal interpretation. In this way, each work becomes an open space for reflection, connection, and discovery.
